NPC Concept (RO)

Trained on RO NPC instead of Jobs. It gives more variety to the character designs. Higher weights result in more pixel / sprite style characters while lower weights create HD/Smooth style. I recommend playing between .60 to .90. Activation is rojobs but not always needed.
