Improve the plastic feel of SDXL image quality, adjust the intensity from 0.1 to 2, and adjust the CFG value. (Strength 0.9, CFG3～4)

Usage suggestions: Download the file and put it into the embeddings folder, and click the embedding window on the webui interface to call the negative prompt word box. If the SDXL embedded file cannot be displayed in the embedding window, please find webui-user.bat in the webui root directory and edit it, add gitcheckoutdev, save and restart webui.
