This is the first LoRA I've created that I'm posting, it isn't perfect but still produces a good likeness.

The ideal strength I've found is around is 0.6, with the trigger word being 'lilith'. The best tags to use are:

dark skin, maid, purple eyes, maid headdress, short hair, , purple hair, dark-skinned female, mole on , mole under eye, elbow gloves, white gloves, blush, darkskinned female
