This LoRA like the look and feel reaches nearly SD2.1〜SDXL quality for SD1.5 low resolution. However, this trick is to enfold to generation steps of model so also feels up quality on low resolution without HiRes upscaling.

Make the best effectiveness for non-destruct eye, hand, full body drawable, others on SD1.5(use with useful LoRA's when fixing) 512 resolution.
