Rather than exposing your install to potentially malicious code by disabling safe-pickle, you can fix the issue with 7-zip. Open the embedding file with 7-Zip and delete the .data folder and the byteorder file. Reload TI's in your UI and your set.
I would scan it with an anti-virus first though out of caution or use one of the Pickle inspectors.
