Creating my first LoRA on Civitai was a mix of excitement and challenge. I’d been experimenting with realistic textures, focusing on rubber and tire details, but diving into training felt different. After gathering a decent dataset, tweaking settings became my obsession – finding the right balance to bring out rich, detailed textures without overdoing it. I spent hours adjusting parameters, testing the outputs, and getting a feel for how different settings affected realism. Finally, after a lot of trial and error, the model started capturing that raw, tactile look of rubber I’d imagined. Seeing it work was surreal – almost like the texture was ready to jump off the screen! This LoRA became a true learning experience in patience and fine-tuning, but it’s also proof of what’s possible with persistence.
