Anakin Skywalker character from the Star Wars Prequels. His clothing style has definitions for Revenge of the Sith (use "Anakin Skywalker Jedi" as the character name and "RTS outfit" to define clothing). You can add "cloak" for that item. Has lightsaber included in the training.
This model was created from some photos of collectible figurines well as some other movie photos, so might look a little 'toy-like', therefore suggest adding some rendering styles to break it up, such as painterly styles like I have shown here. Also, suggest complementing with a real-life "Hayden Christensen" actor name definition for a more photo-real face.
