Lan Hikari | Megaman

Here I leave a small introduction of the LoRA:

Lan Hikari, known as Hikari Net, is an 11-year-old boy in 5th grade and the operator of his NetNavi called MegaMan.EXE, which is Lan's older brother in the games. Lan is the son of renowned scientist Dr. Yuichiro Hikari and grandson of Tadashi Hikari. His mother is Haruka Hikari. He wants to become the best NetBattler in the world. His rival is Eugene Chaud, where Lan technically defeats in every game, although it does not seem that Chaud is affected by that. Lan is the human protagonist of the video games and anime of the Megaman Battle Network saga where, together with Megaman, he fights against criminal organizations such as World Three, Gospel, Nebula, and Duo.
