Carole Peppers (Honkai Impact 3rd)

I made this one a long time ago and never really shared it and a few days ago i decided to retrain it.

Keywords are Carole_Peppers. You can dress her up as you want but if you use shirts they might look a bit like her default outfit. just tone down the strength if you cant seem to change it.

I will work on one more Honkai Impact character before i return to Pokemon.
