Why use this wildcard?
The look of landscapes and people varies from place to place; a man from India looks different than a man from Denmark, a rural landscape in France differs from a rural landscape in Peru. It is thus not surprising, that including a country in your prompt will change the look of the final image as many models/checkpoints are trained using country names in their tag set. Using this wildcard to insert country names in your prompt, you may discover places and looks you wouldn't have had in mind before!

Please note: To use wildcards, you need the Wildcards extension for A1111 or any custom node supporting wildcards for ComfyUI, such as dynamicprompts or ComfyUI-node-Lilly. Detailed instructions can be found in the respective GitHub repositories.
