Bumbling cyborg police inspector with a bunch of integral gadgets that may or may not work. Solves crimes anyways with a little lot of help from his niece and dog. Strong contender for best theme song of the 1980s (did you know the French version has full lyrics?)

Made with 38 pics, 4 of which are official art and rest screenshots. Was made relatively quickly for an image idea. Will need to do a V2 eventually with more costumes so the trenchcoat isn't as baked on.
