May Lee seems to have two different versions out there, King of Fighters '01 / '02 with Brown eyes and Black Hair (w/ blue highlights) and King of Fighters '02 Unlimited Match / All Star with Blue Eyes and Blue Hair. Both are in here, so pick your favorite. When not specified it seems to lean more to the Blue Eyes and Blue Hair version.
