I think I did not push the resemblance to extreme this time but rather, hold the basic facial characteristics of Chloe and push the adaptability towards other model.
It is still better to have restore faces switched ON to avoid broken images, and a CFG scale at ~7 lead to greater resemblance.
You may want to try a low CFG scale with higher LoRA weight at 1.1/ 1.15, see what happens :)))
