Precis Neumann/プリシス・F・ノイマン (Star Ocean Second)

This one is experimental, and not a very good one either, still I want to see if anyone like it.

Due to lack of data, it is mashed out of many kind of data, the result may varies depending on checkpoint you use, it is not great, but useable, let me know how you think, I will improve on the other Star Ocean models.

Oh right, I wasn't able to add the mechanical arms, sorry about that...

今回のモデルは実験的なもので、正直あまり出来が良いとは言えない。

ただ、それでも誰かに気に入ってもらえるか試してみたかったから公開することにした。

データ不足のせいで、いろいろな種類のデータをかき集めて無理やり作った感じなので、使うチェックポイント（モデル）によって結果がかなりブレるかもしれない。

完璧ではないけど、一応使えるレベルにはなってるはず。

次回以降のスターオーシャン系キャラの改善に活かしていく予定！
