Sometimes adding "baseball cap" can help. This can result in the cap pointing the wrong way, as it is a pretty powerful tag for most models.

It's just a quick lora I trained because it bothered me that my models were not able to do a backwards cap. Wasn't tested that much, but it should work with most outfits and anime based models. I don't know about realistic ones.
