While you can load these LoRAs like any other with negative values, I recommend using them with the Snake Oil custom node extension I have created for ComfyUI.
This keeps them from cluttering your likely already full loras folder and allows you to easily choose a supported negative LoRA or nLoRA.
Create a new nloras folder in your ComfyUI model directory
Place the downloaded files in this new folder
Go to your custom_nodes folder in your ComfyUI directory
Open a terminal and enter git clone https://github.com/DoctorDiffusion/ComfyUI-SankeOil.git
Select a snake oil model that matches the base model you are using
Set your seed value to fixed and adjust the snake_oil_amount
The higher the value the more detailed the result but I warn you a little snake oil can go a long way
