1 - LCM Real-time sketch and rendering of images

2 - Same as #1 with the ability to sketch on top of existing images to render images

3 - The ultimate: with on/off switches, a base workflow that leads to 3 different ways to SDXL inpaint (inpaint with inpaint adapter, inpaint by masking and img 2 img and finally using our canvas sketching technique)
