A pheran or Phiran is a loose upper garment loosely gathered at the sleeves, which tend to be wide, made of either wool or jamewar, worn by Kashmiri people. This is my attempt to recreate it with AI.
Add LoRA in prompt, then use the trigger keywords.

Faces might require inpaint. IDK why faces are coming out bad, maybe It's because in dataset all images have same face since that's the only data I could find on real pherans.
Based on the weight being used, it can morph into different designs
