To activate this LORA, the tokens "pregnant" and "hyperpreg" should be added to your prompt. Your prompt should ideally be something to the effect of "masterpiece, highest quality, girl, pregnant, hyperpreg, big belly," and then the rest of the details of the image. The big belly token is optional, but I've found it to generate a belly that's actually connected to the character's body more often than without it. I've gotten just big of on occasion, sometimes it's floating just beside the girl, sometimes she's holding it? So I would definitely recommend the tag. It also adds a noticeable bit of weight to some characters in my experience, but your mileage may vary.

This LORA was trained with NAI as a base and will thus work best with that setup. I've gotten my best results by using a weight of 1, but I also haven't experimented very much with weight values.

Just a fair warning, you're probably not going to get very many interesting poses with this LORA. Hyperpreg is not a genre of well known for a variety of character poses.
