This is a background LoRA for modern operating rooms. It is trained using realistic images and will work on both realistic and anime checkpoints.

Just like other background LoRAs, use care when you use it with a character and clothing LoRA. AI tends to mess up the perspective and proportion. You can lower the weight of this background LoRA so it provides visual elements in a non-intrusive way. Or, you can add "(detailed face:0.5)" to your prompt to emphasize the character and have them show up in the foreground. See sample image prompt for more details.

If you are using my other surgery theme LoRAs, there is no need to use this LoRA as they already have operating room environment baked in.
