This is a somewhat flexible LoRA of Eureka from the great anime series Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven. Trained on just 25 images that include art and screenshots, unfortunately, she's not popular enough to have a lot of decent fan art images and most of those I found on Danbooru are either , too low quality or aren't suitable for training for other reasons.
Since she wears her blue and white dress in almost all images it kinda sticks to her even when not prompted. If you want to make a different outfit, use white-blue dress in negative to disable it, increase the weight if it's not enough and decrease the LoRA weight if even that doesn't help. Sometimes the straps still remain, use shoulder straps to negate them. By all means, use Clip skip: 2 because otherwise the dress/eye/hair colors leak and mix.
Eureka is pretty modular so you can remove or replace the components you don't need. The full list is as follows:

This lora plays relatively nice with realistic and 2.5D models as well, though the results might be blursed™.
