I can recommend to experiment with strengh of Motion Lora and Motion Scale + diffrent checkpoints.

Got the best results with

AnimateDiff Model: AnimateLCM_sd15_t2v (trained with this Model)

Motion Lora strength: 0.4-0.8

Motion Scale 1.05 - 1.10

Also try without loops, this can influence the results.
