Recommended settings:

• Make sure you are aware on the usage instructions of LORA

• Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras (Recommended for best quality, you may try other samplers)

• CFG Scale : 5 to 10

• LORA weight for txt2img: reccomended 0.3-0.7. (I used 0.5)

• Keys: wearing gymnast_outfit, inside_stadium

Very simple to use, just use the keywords, i advice to try with 1.3 weight in all keywords.

As i did in my generated images you can prompt somthing like "red outfit" to pick the color instead of waiting for a random one, it's not necessary a weight on it usually.

Works also with anime.
