For her school uniform, use:

In v2, her black ribbon tend to leak into other outfits, but can usually be fixed by adding ((black ribbon, collar, pinafore dress:1.2)) in the negative prompt.

If you want Yoru's scar to extend to the nose as well, prompting scar on nose works most of the time.
