Chandrabadni Temple is located on the place where torso of Goddess Sati fell while Lord Shiva was taking away her burned body. Her weapons were also scattered over the place. There is no idol of Goddess Sati present in the main shrine and a Shree Yantra carved on a flat stone is being worshipped in the main shrine.
