Sampling steps: 30

CFG Scale: 5 but you can experiment as well

Clipskip: 2

I am using Hires.fix with the following settings:

Upscaler: ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B
Hires steps: 20
Denoise: 0.35
Upscale by: 1.3x

Also works great together with other LoRAs
