Envy Anime Oil XL 01

I made this after finding that my old Rough Oils checkpoint didn't work very well with newer anime models -- specifically, the backgrounds would look a bit oil painted, but the characters never seemed to. This is a fix for that, and should work with most of my anime checkpoints.

No idea what it will do with anything else. If you get random results combining it with other checkpoints, post them below. :)
