Sister Eufaula Roop (Anne Marie, Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens, 1979)

From Russ Meyer's "Beneath the Valley of the Ultra Vixens" (1979), it's the truly unique and remarkable radio evangelist Sister Eufaula Roop, as memorably portrayed by the actress Anne Marie.

Trained entirely on screencaps from an upscale of the movie, with some frankly questionable machine tagging. Variable results, but a strength of 0.9-1 and "wide eyed, heavy 1970s makeup, smile" seems to help the resemblance along.
