Sherry from Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, the Frogwares game

This is a lora intended to picture Sherlock Holmes, or Sherry, from the Frogwares game Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, which blown my mind with it's almost eerily beautiful characters and story telling, and had wriggled its way to one of my favorite games of all times despite its lacking in some game mechanisms.

It basically must be used with a lora block weight controlling, or you will get a full-on Unreal Engine 3d style. You should be able to use my spaghetti of comfy nodes from the images I posted, but here's the core setting if you just want to plug it into your own workflows:

Use the "LoRA Loader (Block Weight)" node from Inspire Pack, using the following preset:

It customizes within the SINGLE blocks, keeping the 1-10 blocks with weight 1, and allows you to tweak with the rest with A and B values. I like it with A=0.5 and B=0 best with the 6k steps lora, but you could try for your own favorite.

I also like to use the flux realism lora when generating realistic images. In my test the prompt following ability and resemblance are decent enough, but you might still need to cherry-pick.

I tried to save it with the lora block weight set to be a standalone model but unfortunately, loras trained with ai-toolkit seem to not work with all the kohya-based tools for merging loras. So I can only upload it as it is.

This somehow came from the experiments I am doing to understand lora making for multiple concepts, and got sidetracked into trying to understand lora blocks composition.

And he is just so beautiful and all the heartbroken moments rushed back to me when some of these images are generated. I am so emotionally attached to this game.
