A weight of ~1.0 is recommended.
Feel free to experiment with other weights and share your results if you want to!

The main prompt is "shrug \(clothing\)"
Always add either "long sleeves" or "short sleeves" depending on what you want.
The LoRA really likes midriffs, so you might need to use negative prompts for some outfits.

It should work on most anime models. I don't know about realistic ones.
