Wet T-Shirt SD1.5

A LoRA for wet t-shirts. It does the classic white t-shirt well. Other clothes can work sometimes. A weight of around 0.8 seems to do the trick. Include "w3t, wet tshirt" (or some other clothing item). This one has some artifacts, so I may upload a revised version if there is demand for it.
