Black Pearl Cookie is a giant Cookie with light grey blue dough, she has black eyelashes, two on the top and one on the bottom. Her pupils are black slits and her eye color is light blue. She also appears to have black eyeshadow. She has fins on either side of her head. Her hair is white that slowly fades to a pastel light blue with white specks and her hairstyle is curly and wavy in a way that resembles a cloud, her bangs are parted with the middle being her pearl gemstone.
