“N-no,” I whispered, backing away from the dresses. At least they aren’t advancing, I thought, continuing to back away until I reached a wall. I turned to see that it wasn’t actually a wall--at least, not a wall I could see. my hands felt the wall rising as high and as far as I could reach. The dresses still remained floating where they were, and I stared at the empty space before me for several minutes...until something suddenly cinched in my waist. “Oh!” I gasped, looking down; somehow I had been wrapped in a white satin corset, trimmed with silver lace and embroidery and ribbons. I gasped as it tightened again, laces creaking against the silver grommets at the rear. “I-I’ve never worn a-a corset before…” I said, the air rushing out of me as the laces pulled in my waist even more. “I’m...just a simple girl, not a--oh, what is happening?” As I spoke, I felt myself being lifted into the air by the breeze. I looked down at the floor that was now several feet beneath me, and saw a pair of white silk stockings float into my field of vision--and then slide themselves over my feet.
