The rain regime has changed, the soil has become unsuitable, the climate has changed drastically. Great rivers dried up, others overflowed and sea levels rose, springs disappeared, fresh water has become scarce and unsuitable. The planetary internal dynamics have also changed, perhaps this was the limiting factor of the great fall. Thousands of thousands of species were lost. Extreme events have annihilated the planet from one end to the other and even though phenomena of this type were known to occur throughout geological history, had no understanding of the magnitude. Violent pests mowed down the crops, reducing the availability of food and types available for cultivation. Medicines did not cure and day after day death loomed harshly between life. In less than two centuries the world population was drastically reduced and the political and social system changed. Those that best adapted to the changes survived and the populations migrated, forming chaotic clusters called urban areas.. These clusters protected and imprisoned survivors who did not venture into the ruins of the old world., whether due to new environmental conditions, whether by the new political-ideological system. The sudden and unimaginable changes that occurred on the planet were called a great fall.
