Again, didn't exactly come out perfect but decent enough to give good results. Has a moderate tendency to go ????. Use appropriate negative prompts to prevent that.

Recommended weight from my tests: between 0.6 and all the way up to 0.9 to even1 (lower values will sometimes leave out her mole so you can try inpainting/using ADetailer at a different weight)

I ran most of my test images using DPM++ 2M Karras with 20 steps, a CFG scale of 5 using ADetailer with its default inpainting settings for faces.
Base resolution 512x768 (as was a significant number of training images) using 4x_NMKD-Superscale-SP_178000_G with an upscale factor of 1,5 and around 0,4 denoising strength.

Other settings may work better or worse - feel free to share yours!
And always remember: if at first you don't succeed, try another seed. ;)
