I'm going to need you to promise not to use this for that. I know most of you follow me for the adult stuff, but sometimes people ask me to make pictures for things that aren't adult in nature and have actual real world application. This is one of those situations. Someone wanted generated images of children for non-nefarious reasons. Just horror themed stuff, which this is more than capable of doing. So again, you've got to promise you aren't going to use it for the wrong reasons.

It is likely you won't be able to use it on site, you'll have to download it and use it externally. That is the nature of these things, because people just keep making pictures that they shouldn't be making and releasing them, so let's not do that.
