Neck Lift GT

I've come to the conclusion that Illustrious does not like the concept of a neck lift or chokeslam type grab and I'm trying to help change that. Grab a neck cool, choke someone no problem! Grab a neck and lift, very sometimey. Definitely a work in progress!
