For prompt and settings just drop image you like to PNG info.

Resolution for txt2img: 768x512 or 1152x768 if your graphic card can handle it (it may not work as good as 768x512 but you will get more details).

ControlNet settings:

Preprocessor: none Model: openpose.

Control mode: Balanced.
