Walkie-Talkie(and, hopefully, tactical gear) illustrious

Early version. Very early version. No activation words for the LoRA itself. The activation words for the concepts are as below:
walkie_talkie: everything that looks like a phone with a large antenna.
wired: this tag has been used on curvy wires going to the head of characters
microphone_radio: wired + a plug in ear (underrepresented in dataset)
SMG: sum machine gun (underrepresented in dataset)

The other fancy tags that exist already, but were somehow forced into the LoRA are: kalashnikov_rifle, assault_rifle, bulletproof_vest.
