Clair from Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Trained on NAI. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "pkmnClair" and "ponytail" is mandatory.

Add "earrings, choker, cape, blue ????????, blue gloves, bracelet" for her typical look.
