Prompt keyword is nakuhl. Other words used in training that help generate their look: alien, bald, greyish beige skull-like skin, bony bat-like nose, pointed ridged ears, pointed cheekbones, red eyes. Their clothes as seen in the show are tagged as ww2germanuniform, and this can be negative prompted if you want them wearing other clothes (or ?????????? at all). There were no female Na'kuhl on the show, but you can prompt them into existence.

Note: If images of skulls show up in images (on clothing and the like), you can remove the words "skull-like" from the prompt to stop that from happening.
