Frank Diggs (The Oz Kids)

Here is Frank Diggs, of the Oz Kids TV series. He is a young blonde son to the Great Oz Oscar Diggs. He is a computer programmer who has programmed his own invention of an Oz balloon that allows him to travel to whatever destination he enters on the computer.
