Pastels on Black [SDXL]

This is a new variation of the Pastels on Black style for SDXL. Compared to the previous version, this one is less "rainbow colored" and tends to have a more stylized cute cartoony look. It tends to add lots of flecks. This comes through well even without including "pastels" in the prompt.
