Character and Artist Wildcards for PonyXL

I'll be putting my Wildcards that contain characters and artists that work with PonyXL here. These are my own personal Wildcards with the Loras (and some of the weirder stuff lol) removed. I'm still finding stuff so I'll probably update this as I go.

Edit: fixed some formatting problems and accidental lora inclusions while consolidating some lists to add more characters that i forgot.
