I am new to making LorAs so this LorA might not be the best but If I make a better one in the future, I will update it.

To summon Yuri: Yuri, purple eyes, hair ornament, hairclip, pleated skirt, skirt, purple hair, blue skirt, long hair, ??????????????, 1girl, jacket, very long hair, school uniform

To summon Yuri's white sweater: ribbed sweater, long sleeves, turtleneck sweater, pants, black pants, turtleneck

You can change her outfit by removing anything that got to do with her school uniform and replacing it to anything you desire.

Best is 0.6 if you want to change outfits, only a recommendation.
