There's some slight redundancy to having a embedding of her, since most models are familiar with her due to her prevalence online. This should provide more consistency however, as SD1.5 amalgamates everything, fanart, old photos, bad pictures, photoshops etc.

The embed has been trained on SD 1.5 and works well on most 1.5 based models. When rendering full body images I recommend using inpainting. It also works well to let the AI use known information from the model by prompting for [Kim Kardashian|Koh_KimKardashian] or [Kim Kardashian:Koh_KimKardashian:0.8]. This allows the AI more creativity and it will get more varied outputs, it's worth trying.
