NeonMonochrome style [ILXL, PonyXL]

I just ran a lot of images through Photoshop with a fill layer with different colors and the blending mode set to exclusion and messing with the color curves and that's how this model came to be enjoy.

Strength: Now strength is really important here so experiment I found that the most interesting results are at 0.5 to 1.2
