for vae use waifu-diffusion, sd 8400 vae or other vaes that suits you, i used wd vae and sd 8400.
lora stregth from 0.6-1 (depend on the model but 0.8 work for nearlly all models i tested)
you can try theese extra tags that may work but maybe jank??? = ??????, tantou, short_sword, sword

all of theese image was produced without using any additional extensions or tricks, pure t2img (no inpaint and img2img too), the only tool i used was the 4x ultra-sharp upscaler and 2 negative emmbedings.
