From “For Myself” to “Co-Creation with the Community”
How newniwa’s AkaKitsune Grew into an Expanding Multimodal IP

She’s a prolific model creator and a frequent contest winner. Her work bridges engineering and art, blending technical precision with narrative imagination. Through her OC-based storytelling and multimodal approach, her characters move fluidly between LoRA models, AI Characters, and AI novels.
Meet Newniwa—a creator who turns her technical mastery into a living, evolving creative ecosystem.
I. Awakening and Exploration: The Birth of a Model Creator

When newniwa first entered the world of AI creation, she quickly realized that “bringing the characters in her mind to life” was far more difficult than expected. This frustration pushed her to take control of the process—to train her own models, from Checkpoint to LoRA, step by step, until she developed both technique and intuition.
“When I first started creating with AI, I found it quite difficult to achieve the exact images or characters I had in mind. That challenge made me want to learn how to train my own models—both Checkpoints and LoRAs—so I could create results that truly fit my vision”
Her journey with SeaArt began about six months ago. A user-friendly interface and an intuitive LoRA training tool offered her an ideal environment to learn and iterate. For her, technology and aesthetics are not opposites—they coexist. While mastering the technical process, she continues to push creative boundaries.
“At first, I was simply fascinated by the idea of generating images with AI and wanted to give it a try. SeaArt’s interface felt user-friendly to me, and the LoRA training tools on the platform were surprisingly easy to understand.”
As more users downloaded and engaged with her models, she found rhythm and motivation in their feedback. Each time a LoRA successfully captured the essence of her envisioned character, it became a powerful source of encouragement—and the driving force behind her constant output.
“Seeing that many others were also interested in using my models motivated me to keep experimenting and trying new things, especially when it came to creating characters.”
For newniwa, model creation is both engineering and art. Understanding the technical foundation brings stability, while maintaining a creative vision drives progress.
When asked to define her style, she laughed: “For myself.” What started as a purely personal motivation—creating models for her own use—eventually shaped a unique artistic identity.
“It might sound a little funny, but my original motivation was simply: “Create to use for myself.”
she added, “And if people enjoy this style and find it useful in their own creations, I’m truly happy about that.”
II. IP Storytelling and Multimodal Expansion: The World of AkaKitsune
AkaKitsune wasn’t born out of nowhere. She evolved from a customizable game character she had refined for years. When SeaArt introduced the integration of OC, AI Character, AI Novel, and LoRA, she immediately decided to formalize her existence and build her universe.
“AkaKitsune is a character I’ve often created in games that allow deep character customization. I’ve known her appearance for a long time, and when SeaArt introduced features for creating OCs, AI Characters, novels, and LoRA-based OCs that could all connect together, I didn’t hesitate to try building her properly for the first time.”
Through the “Echoes Through Time” series, her story spans three creative layers:
● As a LoRA, she embodies visual essence.
● As an AI Character, she gains the ability to interact.
● Through AI novels, her story unfolds and deepens.“For me, the whole process has been like gradually adding layers and expanding her world step by step.”
She appreciates how SeaArt’s collaborative framework allows others to participate—adding new scenes, interpretations, and inspirations to AkaKitsune’s world.
“The “Echoes Through Time” series is something I’m truly grateful to SeaArt for, because it brought many people into her world”

Now, AkaKitsune has also been officially included in the SeaArt Featured OC Archive, and her IP challenge event will be held this week (November 15) — check it out to explore 🔗her full profile>>.
Writing AI novels plays a central role in her process. It enables emotional control, narrative pacing, and iterative refinement—all essential for building depth and coherence across mediums.
“Writing novels allows ideas and themes to expand with more nuance, adding layers within the structure I set. At the same time, I can always review and refine everything to match my vision—making it much easier than trying to create every detail entirely on my own.”
For her, creating an OC as a model author gives technology a direction and creativity a heartbeat. The character becomes a long-term personal project—an anchor that transforms technical practice into emotional storytelling.
“An OC isn’t just “reference data”—it’s a character with personal meaning to the creator. ”
Through LoRA → AI Character → Novel → Shared Universe → Community Collaboration, AkaKitsune’s evolution offers a reusable multimodal blueprint for next-generation creators.
“I genuinely think this is an important step toward developing a true model-based IP. ”
When asked about AkaKitsune’s future, her dream is clear:
“If Akakitsune were to grow into a full IP, I would begin with the part that feels closest and most natural to me—expanding her story through novels. Developing her narrative allows me to give her world more emotional depth and to define her character more clearly before moving into larger media. I see this as the foundation that supports everything else.”
III. From “I” to “We”: Human Connection Beyond Technology
Transitioning from model user to creator brought new responsibility. Creativity requires balance—constant innovation and respect for boundaries. While she values freedom in art (SFW or ???? alike), she emphasizes that creative liberty must coexist with awareness and responsibility.
She believes that a good model should:
● Interpret prompts precisely
● Maintain stability and low error rates
● Carry a distinct style users genuinely enjoy
“I believe the number of models will continue to grow in the future, which brings both advantages and challenges. From a creator’s perspective, competition will increase, and ongoing improvement becomes essential. But this is also beneficial for users, who will gain access to better and more refined models as creators continue to push themselves.
At the same time, creators evolve throughout this process. And with SeaArt’s support for both established and new creators, I believe the model ecosystem will continue to grow in a strong and positive direction.”
Community, for her, is a web of quiet connections. One example: during an IP event, she discovered osti’s OC “Kedra.” Its striking visual presence—unique yet not reliant on typical “cute” formulas—left a strong impression.
“To be honest, I don’t communicate with other creators very often. I’m not very good at speaking, and with work, model development, and everything else, my time is extremely limited. But one exception is osti.”

“I came across his character, Kedra, during the IP activity, and I found her to be quite unique—different from many others. She didn’t need to follow the typical cute anime style to stand out. I also feel that his videos have a strong, striking quality that makes his OC shine even more.”
IV. Growth Through Challenges, Value Through Sharing
Active in SeaArt’s themed contests, she uses them to refine her models and test their limits. Success, in her view, isn’t measured by popularity or income, but by consistency and reliability—whether a model performs as expected, with fewer errors and greater creative control.
Her advice for newcomers is straightforward:
● Just start. Practice is the only path.
● Don’t prioritize profit—find joy in the craft.
● Avoid over-automation—understand the basics; it pays off quickly.
If She had to write a personal motto:
“Create what you love, do what you enjoy, and have fun with it—responsibly.”

V. Bonus Round: Quickfire Questions
● Her most memorable model is her first LoRA, “Asian Girl.” Not perfect, but symbolic of the journey from zero to one.
● ● During long training sessions, she plays games or handles other work tasks.
● ● When asked which OC AkaKitsune should meet, she smiled:
“I think it would be fun if AkaKitsune could interact with someone whose personality is similar to Mizu—another OC of mine.”
“If she were paired with other OCs—whether they became best friends or ended up constantly arguing—I think it would still be entertaining and full of possibilities.”

If AI ever gains emotion or aesthetic sense, she hopes it first learns to truly understand input and context.
“I hope AI can first learn to truly understand the user’s input—to interpret instructions before responding.”
Epilogue: Step into Her “Echoes Through Time”
This is the story of a creator who began by building for herself—and ended up shaping a living, evolving world. AkaKitsune continues to grow, transcending mediums to become more than a visual: a vessel for emotion, creativity, and collaboration.
If you’re searching for your next form of expression, start with a character you truly love. Train a LoRA, define their personality, write their first story, and bring them to life within the community.
The next “echo” that answers through time might just be yours.
Keywords: prolific model creator | active in contests | OC lineage | anime × cinematic realism | LoRA → AI Character → Novel
Recommended workflow: define OC → train LoRA → create AI Character → write world concept → join theme event
Special thanks: osti & Kedra for creative inspiration; all participants in “Echoes Through Time” for co-creating AkaKitsune’s expanding universe.
Easter egg: she’s still revising the models that “aren’t quite there yet”—never deleting, never abandoning, always refining until they’re truly complete.
