The lora is pretty flexible, it allows the generation of any context you might imagine her, it should support ???? (not tested).

In most cases you can use the strenght 1, but i suggeste the use of the lora at strenght 0.8.

This lora works best when paired with adetailer and/or an upscaler.

When it comes to facial expression it is pretty flexible but you might need to pay attention to the order of some keyword in the prompt (ie. "fangs, smile" is a prompt that could generate weird outputs; "smile, fang" is more stable and it shouldn't produce bad output).
